Before the incident
EE was using the step from the bumper of the truck to get on and off the truck. EE stated that when she was getting off the truck she bumped her right knee with the tail light. She called Axiom and they suggested she be seen at a clinic. I instructed my PM to go with another employee to pick her up and bring the truck back to the shop. We also took her to Concentra so that she could be seen. Also EE had surgery done on that knee [REDACTED] that was not work related .
