A 200 lb. elderly male patient fell in a small bathroom and was resisting attemps of care due to confusion dementia and suspected etoh intoxication.

Employee crouched behind the patient wrapped arms around patient 's chest and under arms from behind and lifted patient to standing until PD placed a chair under the patient. Employee immediately felt pain in the low back radiating from center to right.
