What happened
staff member was coming around the corner iwht a cart and tripped over a bod of hambrugers- sysco was delivering and it was on the floor- she got the cart past it but her tow caught it and she tried to stabilize herself with the cart however the cart rolled out from under her. She twisted her torso ans she was falling and hit her head when she fell.
