What happened
EE was stacking brake drums by himself for a little over an hour at [REDACTED] I came over to help him out and noticed that he was breathing pretty heavy. I helped walk him to the locker room and told him to sit down and take some sips of water. I informed [REDACTED] and he brought [REDACTED] down to the first aid room. First responders were notified he was then being treated for heat illness. His condition started to worsen had small spasms and his extremities went cold. The paramedics were notified and he was brought to the hospital
