Before the incident
Employee 1 and Employee 2 were cleaning up at [REDACTED] of shift They were emptying a rolling trash can into a selfdumping hopper They used 2person lift and during the process Employee 1 had one hand on the trash can handle and then put one hand on the rolling portion of the bottom of can to help tip the can over into the dumpster When employee 1 did this the bottom portion with the wheels flipped off hitting him in the face busting his lip open Employee went to FastMed Urgent Care where he received stitches for his lower lip as well as an antibiotic
