Before the incident

EE had just finished inspecting a bunk of doors and pushing it out The EE grabbed a blackboard and lowered it onto the rollers While the blackboard was being lowered debris came loose from the blackboard and entered the EEs right eye The EE instinctually rubbed their eye and then reported to their lead that they had gotten something in their eye The lead reported it the the manager and they assisted with first aid that included rinsing the eye for several minutes and then checking the eye for any remaining debris MedCor was contacted and informed us to have it looked at within two hours at an Urgent Care so she was taken immediately to have it looked at After being seen it was determined the EE suffered an abrasion of the right cornea
