At [REDACTED] est EE was exiting his service vehicle at the sliding door opening facing toward the interior put his right leg down and feels he may have hyper extended his right knee He fell to the ground and had pain in his right knee He was not able to move from the ground until he received help from his brother He was on the ground in his driveway for approx 25min At approx [REDACTED] est he got to the service vans sliding door step to sit with help from his brother and noticed swelling in his right knee He sat there approx 3540 min while he applied ice then an ace bandage He made a decision to go to the emergency room to have it looked at His brother provided transportation to the emergency room He arrived to the emergency room approx [REDACTED] est He called his manager at this time
