Before the incident
Forklift driver was picking up empty pallet from lift table at the Line 1 Skin Feed Employee 1 picked up pallet and did not press the correct part of pedal to move PIT in reverse Forklift jolted forward into the working platform where employee 2 was standing PIT moved approximately 1 inch into the platform jarring it such that it shook employee 2 Employee 2 stated that she did not have any pain at the time of the incident and did not feel that she needed to report it After a couple hours passed she felt soreness in her back and informed the supervisor Medcor was called and they did not feel that she needed to see a physician On [REDACTED] Employee 2 worked for approximately 23 hours and reported to her supervisor that her soreness was not better and wanted to have her back looked at
