Before the incident
Employee (EE) was blowing off door as it entered the paint booth with an air wand toward the end of shift the [REDACTED] when they felt some debris from the door impact the safety glasses and at the same time felt something brush against their right eye Initially they just wiped their eye and finished the day The next day (today) the EE felt greater irritation and the sensation of something within the eye as well At this point the EE notified the HR specialist of what had happened and was then the EHS Supervisor was contacted
