Before the incident
Employee (EE) was cleaning their area towards the end of their shift on [REDACTED] when they felt something come into contact with their left eye At this time the EE thought nothing of it and went home On [REDACTED] the employee felt some additional irritation and saw some redness in the left eye but since they did not come to work that day to low production order they did say anything On [REDACTED] the EE came into work and told their floor supervisor of what had happened on [REDACTED] At this time the floor supervisor informed them that Safety was not here and to report back on [REDACTED] At approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] the EE reported to the Safety supervisor of what had happened the [REDACTED]
