At approximately 1902 hours on [REDACTED] we experienced a recordable reportable hand injury at the Dodson FX Plant An employee was returning the empty skin bin to its position at the West rip saw EE stated that he pulled the bin back to properly align it and his right hand was smashed between the bin and a support beam Initial assessment reflected that EE sustained a laceration to the outside fleshy region of his right hand First aid was administered onsite and the EE was transported by the Finish Lead to [REDACTED] Emergency Room for evaluation and treatment Xrays were positive for hand fracture and EE received will receive stitches for the laceration The attending [REDACTED] Emergency Room physician made the decision to admit the EE to administer IV antibiotics overnight EE is currently awaiting sutures and hospital admission Due to the hospital admission triggering OSHA reportability requirements OSHA will be notified within 24 hours of incident At the time of incident EE was weari
