EE was standing on the right side of the client with her right arm under his armpit. His walker was in front of him. She stood him up to assist him into the wheelchair. He was holding onto his walker. His legs weakened and he started to go down between the walker and the reclining chair. She pulled him up and felt a strain in the right shoulder.
