Mr. [REDACTED] recived his bus information from Dispatch then turned around and walked into a glass window (10 feet high by 4 feet wide). Mr. [REDACTED] had his head down and was walking towards the drivers brake room are instead of walking through the door way he walked into the window just left of the door way.
What happened
Mr. [REDACTED] made contact with the window with his forehead area causing a cut on his forehead as well as braking the window that he made contact with.

[REDACTED] had a small mark on his forehead and seemed dizzy and not understanding what had just happened. The MOD was worried that [REDACTED] had a concussion so the MOD brought [REDACTED] to the ER to get checked out to be safe
