What happened
EE was waiting for the forklift drivers to replenish product and when they left the aisle went to pull product. EE saw that the fork lift was coming back to replenish more product in the area he was in. He grabbed the product from the location he was in ran to get away from the forklift and slipped and fell straining his hip.
