This Injury is related to incident 472 This team member was hanging overhead bin location signs on a scissor lift in [REDACTED] at the [REDACTED] warehouse While in the air attempting to hang an overhead sign another team member struck the base of the lift This knocked the team member back and the team member was able to catch themselves with their back leg after being jolted from the contact the forklift made with the scissor lift After calming down in the CCMC break room the team member used UTO to head home earlier after the incident After waking up the team member began to experience back pain
