What happened
EE had his hand placed on the machine believing the lid was shut completely. When EE went to turn on the fixture he kicked the air wand. He bent down to pick it up and then noticed pressure on his finger. The lid had not been closed all the way and when the fixture turned on it caused the lid to close completly and shut on his finger.
