Before the incident
The employee was pulling a 50lb propane bottle out of a rack for a forklift.
What happened
As he was pulling the bottle out or the shouder height rack with both hands he did not realize how heavy it was and it slippped out of the left hand and all the weight went to the right arm. This sudden weight change jerked his right arm down causing the injury. The employee started having pain in his right shoulder after this.
