Before the incident
Employee was moving a 94lb tube with a manual rolling conveyor onto a tube bender then when the tube was bent moving the tube off and onto a pallet.
What happened
The employee was pushing the tube through the tube bender. There was not a peticular event that started the pain but at the end of his shift he said his left arm and back were hurting. After two weeks the employee reported the injury to management.

The employee was taken to occupational medicine and the APRN thought the injury was a strained left shoulder he was referred for an MRI.
