Patient transfer
What happened
Patient lost balance while transferring from BCS to side of bed. I caught the patient and prevented a fall event from occurring. I had to lift the patient onto the bed and scoot her back in order for her to sit up on her own. I felt immediate pain when I first caught the patient from falling pain continued as I lifted the patient into the bed.
