Before the incident
EE pulled up onto the conveyer belt and followed the unit inside of the wrapper to fix a corner board attached to the unit.
What happened
EE realized the wrapper started to cycle as EE was still inside of the wrapper. EE ducked to avoid wrapper and as it began wrapping its way down the entire unit it knocked EE forward into a mesh fencing.
