On [REDACTED] @ approximately [REDACTED] she was loading my truckupon finishing loading and securing my truck she pressed the release button for the platform to release from the truck after several attempts the platform wouldn 't release from the truck it seem to be stuck after several more attempts she proceed to try to lift it manually when suddenly the power kicked on the platform and immediately it snap my hand she quickly removed her hand.
