Wet conditions driver was traveling at 66 miles an hour and appears to have possible fell asleep. There was no braking before impact and due to the distance traveled after impact excessive speed was a factor. Drivers claims that a car was traveling in the wrong direction and he steered to miss it cautioning him to go out of control and strike the wall.
