A mail handler was pulling three APCs containing mail from elevator 5 using pallet jack 86. The 3rd APC hit the Corner of the pillar between door 26 and door 28 on the East dock. The APC tipped over and fell on the left leg of another mail handler driving pallet jack 84 going the opposite direction causing fracture on left leg.
