What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Regular Carrier was driving LLV 1265202 at [REDACTED]. The Carrier drove to the right as a POV was approaching from the other direction. The LLV struck the POV mirror and then lost control of the LLV and collided into a tree causing cuts on his face and head together with neck injuries. The front end of the LLV was badly damaged the POV has a damaged mirror. He was taken to the Nassau University Hospital via ambulance. Management was notified via the Fire Department.
