[REDACTED] was driving to route ran off the road into the ditch. No other vehicles involved. Roads were wet raining all day. When questioned before seeking medical attention [REDACTED] said something was wrong with her steering and her brakes locked up suddenly. Possible Mechanical Failure. We were unable not allowed to investigate the vehicle as it was leaning on the side and could have tipped further.
