While on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] saw POV traveling eastbound on [REDACTED] swerving at a high speed. Once POV passed [REDACTED] he went to make a U-turn and turned into the left side of [REDACTED] pushing the truck and breaking the axel of the truck. [REDACTED] went to hospital.
