What happened
Carrier was walking up to customer house when one dog was in the yard. Carrier states as he came toward the house another dog came from under the house and charged at him then backed off barking. Carrier states he kept taking a few more steps and the dog charged again. The owner came toward carrier to get the package. Carrier states as he gave the package to the owner the dog bit his right inner thigh.
