What happened
Employee had delivered to [REDACTED]. As the employee stepped down from the last step onto the walkway their left foot went into a crevasse in the walkway. The employee 's left ankle twisted and they fell. The employee attempted to keep delivering they made it 2 houses and were in too much pain. At which point the employee contacted her immediate Supervisor. When we arrived to the scene the employee 's left ankle was swollen. Medical attention was given at scene and employee was taken to the hospital
