[REDACTED] called and informed [REDACTED] (1) on her cell phone a dog had attacked him at [REDACTED] around [REDACTED]. He said I just received the dog warning at the address walking down the street delivering mail (on the even side). The dog ran out the house when the owner opened the door to get the mail. The dog jumped on me and I fell back and hit my head. I 'm ok. I can keep going. I don 't need attention. As [REDACTED] (1) was doing observations and returned to the office to begin an accident report. [REDACTED] employee called [REDACTED] (1) and requested medical attention. [REDACTED] (2) also doing street observations was called by the PM to the scene and investigate.
