Carrier was pulling out of [REDACTED] taking a right turn onto [REDACTED] which is a 2-lane divided highway. JSOs initial review of the crash determined that it was at-fault. Nearest address was [REDACTED] Carrier had an accident [REDACTED] which was deemed not at fault. (Rear Ended). PDF of [REDACTED] is attached along with the officer information handling the crash report. Carrier stated that there was no oncoming traffic took the right turn but failed to yield the right of way which caused him to be struck by a [REDACTED] White Ford [REDACTED]. Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating and is visiting the hospital to determine the liability.
