What happened

On [REDACTED] I was doing my routine job duties at P1 while lifting some packages from the BMC I felt a sharp pain in my side. I didn 't think it was that serious at the time but now that several days have passed my side is continuing to hurt me with no improvement and I feel I may have injured it worse than I originally thought. The incident occurred [REDACTED]. I haven 't visited a doctor yet but if the pain continues I 'll likely need medical attention. I didn 't report the incident on the same day because I didn 't think it was serious at the time. However some colleagues noticed I was in pain. I haven 't requested any days off and have been working continuously from [REDACTED] until now [REDACTED] and my next break will be [REDACTED]. and [REDACTED].
