He stated that it felt like a truck was parked on his chest so I called [REDACTED] and notified Operations of a medical emergency. Paramedics were dispatched arriving at [REDACTED]. After evaluating his condition EMS transporting to Saint Joseph’s Hospital [REDACTED]. The driver was conscious very alert and speaking the entire time.
