Employee states on [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] while working in section H5 and relief on dumper E. he spent some time lifting some heavy packages and must have hurt himself in the process. He stated he felt a weird sensation in his back and leg. [REDACTED] explains he 's usually sore towards the end of the workday and thought it was from that. By the time he started walking upfront to the time clock the pain seems to have increased. [REDACTED] stated once he was home he was in bad shape and as the pain worsen as he tried to lay down. On [REDACTED] employee made a visit to the er ever since then he could not maintain mobility. Employee states he cannot stand on he 's own two standing too long causes pain in lower back and left leg. [REDACTED] states he 's fully aware he should 've reported his injuries to the supervisor but when it happened he practically felt little to nothing.
