What happened
On [REDACTED] at around [REDACTED] employee was loading a trailer with outgoing mail when I notice her waving her hand and screaming. I walked towards the trailer to see what was going on and noticed she was pinned between the forklift and the side of the trailer. I asked her what happened to which she replied the forklift is on my foot get it off. I called for another driver as I held her up however she was able to move the fork on her own she then sat back on the forklift remove her shoe and I noticed her left foot the entire nail on her big toe was out completely.
