Pulling cage off of a trailer on [REDACTED]
What happened
On [REDACTED] employee was on a trailer bed unloading a cage off of [REDACTED]. At [REDACTED] she turned behind herself and reached backwards with her right arm and pulled the cage. During this motion as she pushed off with her right foot and pulled the very heavy cage. She said she felt an ache in her right hip at this time. She shook it off and took some Advil hoping the pain would go away. She said that it would not subside so she decided to say something to management.
