What happened
On [REDACTED] in or around [REDACTED]. MVO was at [REDACTED] P[REDACTED] building pulling a postal container (with shelf) to the bay where she had her vehicle# (8871605) parked at. While pulling the postal container the metal shelf loosens from its safety guard and slammed onto her right hand. The impact severely caused an injury to right hand fingers (Pinky and Ring). MVO refused medical treatment and she stated “I’m going to go home first and then I’m going to the hospital.”
