Dispatch office got a call from the EMS tech saying that a TTO was in an accident on [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] in the morning. They said they were transporting the TTO to the hospital due to his injuries. When we asked him for a statement of what happened his answer was I have no recollection of the accident.
