On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] a Mail Handler was working a 3 shelf APC which is newer APC in the strapout operation. When she lifted the second self to retrieve the mail the top shelf came down striking her on her head. The way these APCS are manufacture are they have a screw that holds them in place.
