EXCITING TRACTOR USING PULL UP BARS GRIPPING IT. HOOKING UP AIRLINES WHEN HE FELT JOLT OF PAIN.

What happened

On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] drove over to the [REDACTED] tagged a trailer on scanner. Upon exiting tractor he utilized the pull up handle by firmly gripping it and felt some initial pain. He proceeded to hook the electrical cable and air lines felt a jolt of pain and let out a wail. Then he proceeded inside the [REDACTED] and went to remove a pallet jack right in the doorway. His left arm range motion would not allow me to lift my arm without an intense amount of pain.
