Before the incident
I injured my shoulder. I was emptying priority bags in the rear of the P&DC from [REDACTED]. I was working continuously until the bags were finished. Afterwards a bad pain in my left shoulder developed. I notified my supervisor of the incident [REDACTED] the incident occurred at [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] (the following day) notified the supervisor in the Gen Clerks office.
