As he was near [REDACTED] the carrier was rearended by a POV driving North on [REDACTED] The police came to the scene. The carrier stated that his neck and back hurt from the impact of the collision. There was little damage to the [REDACTED] dented rear bumper and damage to the POV cracked front bumper.
