[REDACTED] was moving a wire to underneath [REDACTED] lane 1 reject shoot his right hand got crushed between the top of the wire and the bottom of [REDACTED] lane 1 reject shoot. [REDACTED] lane 1 reject shoot has approximately one inch of clearance and my hand couldn 't fit between the bottom of the reject shoot and the top of the wire. All other [REDACTED] reject shoot lanes (Lanes 2-5) have approximately 4-5 inches of clearance between wires and the bottom of the reject shoots.
