Before the incident
EE was working on crating a Softener [REDACTED]. EE was using a nail gun with 3 nails to nail a front end wall. After EE finished nailing the top wall EE did not turn off the nail gun and instead walked down the latter he was on with the nail-gun on his right hand holding the trigger.
What happened
As EE was walking down the latter with railings with his right hand finger on the trigger of the nail gun he bumped the gun on his left leg causing him to press the trigger of the nail-gun. A nail shot into his left ankle causing the injury.
