What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] employee was coming out of the breakroom after clocking back in from lunch. I opened the door to leave the breakroom to go back to the workroom floor after passing through the threshold I remembered that I did not grab my cane. I turned to reach for it but the door was quickly closing and hit her. She lost her balance and fell forward hitting her face to the floor in front of the registry cage.
