What happened

Employee was coming down the bottom set of stairs from sack shake out with a sack with leaking packages inside. The employee stated that she took two steps and lost her balance when the weight of the sack became heavy causing her to lose her center of balance. She then slid down three steps and landed on her butt. This incident resulted in right shoulder and upper arm pain.
