What happened
[REDACTED] Driver after dropping a trailer in one our bay doors came into MLO 's office and reported that he fell on his back and hit the back of his head. I had him sit down so I could check his head. I decided to call the delta room and request EMTs to evaluate him. Postal Police and the EMTs arrived within 10 minutes. After talking with [REDACTED] Driver they decided to take him to the ER at Christ Hospital in [REDACTED]. A full investigation and SMHT report with pictures will be completed within 24 hours by a T3 Supervisor.
