Employee caught his right thumb in the rear door of his promaster. He had exited the vehicle and carelessly did not realize he had not removed his right hand as he pulled the door with his left. slamming the door on his right hand that was still on the vehicle. Employee contacted [REDACTED] and EMTs were on the scene. The ambulance took employee to the hospital. At the hospital it was confirmed his right thumb was broken in multiple spots. He was released [REDACTED] and now is at home
