DELIVERING MAIL AT CBU BOX

PTF Rural Carrier stated on [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] I was sorting outside of the mail truck delivering mail on [REDACTED]. I was at the [REDACTED] CBU. I finished putting the mail in the boxes. I then proceeded to put the flat chunks and big parcels but the parcel lockers at the CBU were either broken or had no key. After delivering a package to the door I went to the truck to place mail pieces in there in preparation for my next stop. I then turned around to make sure the CBU boxes were closed and as I was looking I closed the sliding door. I then screamed and managed to open the door of the metric. In such severe pain and the Supervisor was notified.
