Operating MTE walkie rider loading mail.

On [REDACTED] mailhandler was on On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] mailhandler was on the back dock loading the northbound truck. I Supervisor was standing on the back dock speaking with the employee about staging the incoming mail. I turned around and heard someone scream. I saw mailhandler jump off the walkie rider and started hopping. I asked was he okay. He stated another employee ran into his heel which smashed his toes into the front of the walkie rider. I ask him if he needed to go the er and he stated yes. He stated he couldn’t put any pressure on his foot. He stated that his left foot was the one that was injured. He wrote his statement and went to the er. The other also wrote a statement and was taken off power equipment until she is retrained. the back dock loading northbound. He was standing on the walkie rider and another employee was on the forklift and backed into his heel which pushed his toe into the front of the walkie. He went to the emergency room.
