What happened
During my shift at [REDACTED] I injured my back while moving equipment. Earlier in the day I had been experiencing discomfort in my back which worsened as I continued to work. The strain from lifting and moving the equipment exacerbated the pain prompting the security guard to call EMS for assistance.
